Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information Black Odix Technologies LLC ("we", "us") handles when you visit oddiestudio.com or contact us.

What we collect

• Preview, audit and contact requests. When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you type: your e-mail address and, if you give them, your business name and town and your Instagram or website link. The form sends them straight to our inbox; nothing is stored on the website.
• Basic server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
• Customers. If you buy from us, we keep your name, business details, e-mail and what you bought, to provide the service and for our accounts. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

Oddie Bookings

When a business uses Oddie Bookings, its clients' names, contact details, appointments and notes belong to that business. We store and process them only to run the service for the business: to show its agenda and to send confirmations, reminders and the e-mails the business has switched on. We don't use them for anything else and never sell them. Bookings are stored with our hosting providers in the United States, and e-mails are sent through our e-mail provider. A client who wants their details changed or removed can ask the business directly, or write to us and we'll pass the request on.

Local SEO

For local SEO clients we work as a manager on your Google Business Profile and other listings. We only use that access to do the work you asked for, you stay the owner, and you can remove our access at any time.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.

How we use it

To build and send the preview or audit you asked for, to tell you about tools you asked about, to provide what you bought, and to answer your messages. We do not sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

Requests and waitlist entries until you ask us to remove you or we no longer need them. Customer records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to privacy@oddiestudio.com.
