Yes. Google renamed Google My Business to Google Business Profile in 2021. It's the same free listing that puts you on Google Maps and in local search, and it's the first thing we work on.
Who owns my Google profile?
You do. We work as a manager on your profile and listings, and you can remove our access at any time.
How do you handle reviews?
We help you ask every real customer for a review, with a QR card and a short message you can send after each job. We draft replies for you to approve. We never write, buy or filter reviews.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. The audit and the monthly report come by e-mail. If you'd rather talk, we're happy to do a short 15-minute video call.
Why is there a 3-month minimum?
