Sound familiar?
These are the things we help with every single week. Tap yours.
Tap what sounds like your dog and we'll show you where to start.
Loose-leash walking
Pulling is the most common thing we fix. We teach the walk in your own street, then practice in busier places.
Typical: 4 lessons or the 6-week Loose Leash class
Polite greetings
We teach an easy alternative to jumping, and practice with real visitors at the door.
Typical: 2 to 3 lessons
Calm around triggers
We start with distance and build calm step by step. We never use harsh tools.
Typical: 4 to 6 lessons, private
Puppy foundations
Potty, biting, crate and the first commands, while your puppy is young and curious.
Typical: Puppy Start class, 6 weeks
Reliable recall
We build a recall you can count on, in games first, then in real distractions.
Typical: The Reliable Recall course
Calm when you leave
We teach your dog that being alone is safe, gradually, and tell you if a vet check would help.
Typical: 3 to 5 lessons, at home
Confidence building
Slow, kind and at your dog's pace. No pressure, plenty of treats and patience.
Typical: Private lessons, flexible length
Everyday manners
The basics done properly, in real life and not just at the training room.
Typical: Everyday Manners class, 6 weeks
Small classes, big wins.
Six dogs at most, in a real park, with real distractions. Everyone gets attention, and everyone goes home with homework.

Clear homework

Owner name & dog's nameHi, I'm Sam
I've trained dogs in Bergen County for 12 years, from 8-week-old puppies to shelter dogs nobody else would take on. My own dog, Pepper, was the reason I started.
I believe every dog can learn, and every owner can learn to teach them. My job is to make that easy.

Questions
How many lessons will my dog need?
Most families see a big change in 3 to 4 lessons. We'll give you an honest estimate after the first one.
Is my dog too old to learn?
Never. Older dogs often learn faster than puppies, because they can focus for longer.
Can you help with aggression?
Yes, with care. We'll start with a private assessment, and if your dog needs a vet behaviorist, we'll tell you.
Where does my dog stay during board & train?
In our home, as part of the family, never in a kennel. You get photos and videos every day.
How do I pay?
Card, Zelle or Venmo. Packages are paid at the first lesson.
