Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients give us a key or a door code. Everything is kept safe and labeled.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, all supplies and equipment. If you'd like us to use your own products, that's fine too.
What about pets?
We love them. Just let us know about any pets so we can keep doors closed and say hello.
How do I pay?
By card, Zelle or Venmo after each clean. Business clients can be invoiced monthly.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Of course. Just give us 24 hours' notice, free of charge.
